Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston This 1,616 square foot building addition houses a new stair tower and elevator. The remaining 23,034 square feet of the existing building were renovated. An existing stairwell was removed and in-filled adding needed space to the third floor administration area. This project was completed in December of 2003.
