The design of this renovation and addition project aimed to modernize the Arena’s appearance and enhance the fan experience. Upgrades included a new ADA-compliant entrance pavilion, improved seating, concession areas, restrooms, and video boards.

M&G collaborated with the owner to phase the design and construction in a way that allowed the arena to remain operational throughout the project. To maximize the budget, the work was divided into bid packages, reducing layered markups. Each package included several alternate upgrades, priced competitively, giving the owner greater budget control on bid day. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
